Getting Started
Evergreen TRT is your online medical home for optimizing your testosterone levels, and getting started is easy. Share your symptoms and health goals, complete your testing at your preferred LabCorp or Quest facility, and then meet with your licensed physician.

Consult & Plan
During your private physician consultation, you’ll discuss your personal and family history, review your labs, and get to the root cause of your symptoms. Your physician will then build a personalized hormone therapy plan around your needs.

During Treatment
Your medication and supplies ship straight to your door. Your physician will order follow-up labs and monitor your symptoms to fine-tune your dose. Once your ideal dose is established, expect a repeat blood test and follow-up visit about every six months.
