Can I get treatment if I already have a health condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease?

No referral is needed. You can begin the intake process directly through the Evergreen TRT website:

How does the telehealth process work?

How long does it take to receive my medication after my prescription is approved?
Once your prescription is approved by your physician, your medication is typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, so most patients have their medication in hand within one week of approval.
Is my medication shipped discreetly? Will anyone know what's inside the package?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to hormone therapy or the medication inside. The return address is that of our pharmacy partner, not a branded medical company. Your privacy is a priority at every step, from consultation to delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
In the rare event that your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact our support team and we will work with the pharmacy to investigate and arrange a replacement shipment. We stand behind every order and will make it right.
Do I need to be home to sign for medication delivery?

Labs
Do I need blood work before starting treatment, and how does it get done?
Yes. Labs are required so your physician can make medically appropriate decisions about your care. We order your labs digitally, and you complete the blood draw at a local LabCorp or Quest near you. Results are then reviewed by your Evergreen physician. Lab costs are included in the $69 monthly fee. If your initial labs do not indicate, you are not qualified for the program you will not be responsible for any costs.
What does my lab panel test for, and will I understand my results?
Depending on your age and medical history, your panel may include total testosterone, red blood cell counts (CBC), prostate levels (PSA), and kidney function (CMP). Your Evergreen physician will walk you through what each value means in plain language, how it relates to your symptoms, and what it indicates for your treatment plan. You’ll never be handed a lab report without context.
How often do I need to get labs done while on treatment?
Ongoing lab monitoring is important for determining how you’re responding to treatment and whether any changes are needed to help you reach your goals. We require blood work after your first 2 months of treatment, again 6 months after that first lab appointment, and once a year after that. Monitoring frequency may vary depending on your treatment type and how your body responds early on.
Can I use labs I already have from my doctor?
In many cases, yes. If you’ve had recent labs drawn (typically within 6 months) that include the relevant markers, your Evergreen physician may be able to use them to expedite your intake. Our care team will help you upload your results.
Is there an additional cost for lab work, or is that included in my program?
No. Lab costs are included in the $69 monthly fee.
